20 min hill climb on the stationary bike.
1 hour intensive lower body routine.
(Weighted lunges, squats, kickbacks. Abductor/ adductor machine. Calf raises. Leg press. And everything in-between)
5 min mini Ab work.
10 more mins cardio on the elliptical also in hill climb mode.
Abs are easy, if I ate well for a week or two mine would be gorgeous.
They are made in the kitchen with minimal need for actual exercises. Making my body less flat as a board however is quite more complex.
Maybe one of these days I'll build a butt, but it seems no matter how many weighted squats, lunges and donkey kicks I do there is still very little there.
