I have a post from this weekend, unfortunately with my internet access on the fritz again I can't post it yet.
In the meantime here's an update on today.
Cardio 20mins this morning (on a stair stepper/elliptical hybrid)
7pUpperbody 1 hour tonight.
That was preceded by a 10min warm-up on the bike with hand weights and followed by a fifteen minute cooldown on the elliptical.
Post workout I tried a Myoplex shake, didn't taste great and didn't taste awful. Just kind of "meh".
I also tried my luck at those unconquerable pushups again...the girly ones are getting easier but I still can't complete even one normal one.
And since my ship date got moved closer I've gotta figure something out, and fast. Somehow I need to be able to do 20 something of them. I'm thinking supplements are the way to go.
Now if only I had internet access to order them...
