Life Happens

So tonight I caved and ate half a bag of Reese's Unwrapped for dinner at work.
A temporary set back.
But I never feel too bad, I did pretty good otherwise today, had falafel with veggies and hummus for lunch, so calorie dense but healthy and full of nutrients. Some days I go over on calories, but I've learned that's okay because someday I go under too.
I'm much more concerned about the ingredients and nutrients in my food than the number of calories. So long as 80% of the time I eat whole, natural foods the other 20% its okay that I give in a little.
Because of today I will purposely eat more mindfully tomorrow.
And! I'm going hiking in the morning. Purposely carrying a backpack and wearing my cardio hand weights. I'm finally getting at least a few member from the mud run team together for the hike. I'm really excited, despite the fact that its followed by class and work.
Also, my enlistment is almost finished, and I should he starting RSP for the MA National Guard soon. More details to come.
And it is all 80/20.
